Christina P. Alletto

Ms. Alletto joined The Finch Group (“TFG”) in 1981 when TFG acquired a Rochester, New York property where she was the Property Manager.

Since joining TFG, Ms. Alletto has held several positions. Her most recent position is that of President of Signature Housings Solutions, Inc (“SHSI”), TFG’s management company. As President of SHSI, Ms. Alletto is responsible for TFG’s property portfolio consisting of 3,105 residential apartments situated in 5 locations throughout New York State, Ohio, Illinois and Florida. Ms. Alletto has developed and coordinated the implementation of over $168 million of direct new construction, historic rehabilitation and ongoing capital improvement program. She has consulted on specialized grant writing applications, contract administration for major rehabilitations, assisted and trained nonprofit organizations and private management firms including United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, and Empire State Development Corporation. She has also overseen construction administration, financial budgeting and general operations for the TFG portfolio.

Ms. Alletto is also responsible for overseeing construction on all TFG related developments, including the design for both the interior and exterior of buildings. Ms. Alletto has had overall responsibility, with others reporting to her, of over $386 million in capital improvements, new construction, substantial rehabilitation and the historical restoration of a 1923 Beaux Arts Building restored as 96 luxury housing units in Cleveland, Ohio.
