Robert A. James, Jr.

A 1972 graduate of Boston University School of Law, Mr. James worked for the Greater Boston Legal Services and in private practice prior to joining TFG.

Since joining The Finch Group in 1981, Mr. James has been Executive Vice President. He is responsible for the oversight and operation of TFG and its affiliated entities with regard to all aspects of affordable residential rental housing.

Additionally, he has taken on direct development responsibilities for over $400 million of real estate development projects.

Mr. James has also structured the debt and equity for over twenty projects financed by the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
