TFG’s principals have played an integral role in the business and political life of affordable housing since the 1968 National Housing Act and the 1969 Tax Reform Act combined to create the private sector low and moderate income housing industry, laying the foundation for TFG’s successes in the development and management of affordable housing.
TFG has managing commercial properties since 1989. Today, TFG actively manages over a quarter million square feet of office space, in Boston, Massachusetts. One of our primary goals, with our commercial portfolio, is to sustain and enhance the value of each of property while meeting the needs of our clients and each property.
