HUD Section 202 Properties
HUD encourages not-for-profit owners of older Section 202 low-income housing properties to refinance and improve those properties. We work on behalf of the not-for-profits by navigating through the maze of HUD regulations. We’re compensated through a percentage of the development fee that is generated by the transaction and not by the not-for-profit owner.
