Director of Operations, Viviana M. Mesa joined The Finch Group in February 2011.
In her role at TFG, Ms. Mesa oversees the management of TFG’s multifamily apartment portfolio consisting of luxury, market, and affordable housing operations. She is a dedicated, driven leader, adept in streamlining operational procedures.
She is responsible for ensuring that TFG cultivates and retains skillful team members, provides excellent service and well-maintained homes to its residents, and has a positive impact on the communities we serve.
Ms. Mesa attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. She holds a Florida real estate sales associate license, a Florida notary license and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
